Hi Colin. Hope the holiday is good. Could you put the SABRE team down as well please - me, Andy and Steve Wills.

Thanks

Richard.

Magic holiday thanks Richard.

That makes just over 40 so I have rounded up to 50 to allow for a few late sign ups plus about 20 marshals etc based on previous experience, so a total of about 70 to cater for. We will make it all go around even if a few more show up. Lord Cutmore Senior has got the numbers now and is generously providing not just the meaty stuff, but bread, onions etc as well .... so much appreciated. Thanks for all the offers for salads etc .. consider these banked. So the levy will cover all other expenses (any more salady stuff, liquid refreshments plus few puddings etc) and allow us to donate any excess to the marshals' fund.

Without Henry we don't actually have a big bit of BBQ kit to cook it all on ....... so Paul, Tim and Neil are all bringing their diddy versions . . . if anyone else has a reasonable size BBQ (Steve, Andy?) then it may help if you could pop them in your van as well just in case we need a bit more firepower.

Thanks again. See you there
cheers
Colin

Ooops .. .thought I had caught most everyone. Cheque for £183 sent to 750MC for donation to Marshals fund yesterday. Suggest you add yours to your next entry fee on top of race fee ... or send directly to club.

With Adrian's that makes about 59 RGB participants at £5 each for £295 revenue, minus costs of purchased food and drinks of £102, leaving £193 for the Marshals fund once Adrian sends his £10 in. I should have been a bean counter!
cheers
