Snetterton allcomers

RGBers,

You might like to know that unlike what it says in the "Final fixture list" on the 750mc web site the allcomers race at Snetterton is on the Saturday, not the Sunday. (At least according to Sharon...) I've signed up for it as I feel really rusty. But then, Snett's only just around the corner for me.

See you all there. (Hopefully a few more than had signed up last week. As of last Thursday a grand total of 16 RGBers had entered...)

Thanks for the heads up on this Tim - I had also entered this on the assumption it was on the Sunday as that is what it says on the Individual Entry Form. I had not planned to be at Snetterton on Saturday so this will require a rethink - it also takes one day from the time available to get the car ready.

It does seem odd, doesn't it? Having entered I'm wondering if Sharon told me Saturday correctly (although that did agree with what Robin said to me last week). It might be worth a phone call to check.

I've just had an email back from Sharon confirming the All comers is on Saturday.

I won't be at Snett for testing this Friday but plan to be there the weekend after. Hoping to have a shakedown session Friday, if my car survives that I'll probably enter the All Comers too.

Just had confirmation from Robin that Practice is at 1140hrs and race is at 1600hrs on Saturday - not too bad as it give two practice runs beforethe RGB race, and at least it won't require a 0400hrs start

Excellent. I was beginning to worry that I was talking sloblocks, which is admittedly not unusual.
